Ready Mix / Batching Plant
Ready-mix concrete is specifically manufactured for our customers’ construction projects, in a cement factory, specifically known as a batching plant, according to a given set of proportions. It is then delivered to the work site by a truck mounted with mixers, and supplied on site as a single product, on-demand, and to a specific quantity. Our batching plant is able to produce up to 5 m3 an hour. The plant is located in Proggabaya, Praya, Central Lombok. We manufacture the mixture and deal with all the hassles. Precast
Precast concrete is a ‘ready to use’ product, which is prepared, cast, and cured in a controlled environment off site. It is poured over wire or rebar in pre-made moulds, carefully based on detailed observation and evaluation, and cured in ideal conditions in a factory setting. Once it hardens and is ready to use, it is then delivered on site to be installed. We carefully calculate and test our products before delivery. Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP)
AMP is an integrated system used for the manufacture of asphalt, macadam, and other forms of coated roadstone, sometimes collectively known as blacktop or asphalt concrete. This integrated system is composed of a cold aggregate supply system, drum dryer, coal burner, coal feeder, dust collector, hot aggregate elevator, vibrating screen, filler supply system, weighing and mixing system, asphalt storage, and a bitumen supply system. Our AMP machine can produce up to 60 tons an hour and is located in Bangli (Bali) Labulia (East Lombok) and Ree (West Sumbawa).
Stone Crushing Plant (STC)
STC is a plant system used to produce adjustable stone products. The production itself can be adjusted to meet the client’s requests and needs for any project. We own STC units in Labulia (East Lombok), Ree (West Sumbawa) and Kubu (Karangasem-Bali). The units are operated to produce a wide variety of stone sizes based on clients’ orders, which can be up to 30 tons an hour. This stone production goes through a series of complicated processes to produce the final products ordered by our clients.
